waterfront views with dinner at Harry’s Seafood on the bayfront, a relaxed atmosphere serving up a variety of Creole and Florida influenced fare; try the Crawfish or Shrimp Etoufee or Pasta Chicken Louisianne.
DAY 5 - WILDLIFE
Start your morning with St. Augustine
Eco Tours. A locally owned and operated operation found at the St. Augustine Municipal Marina, Eco Tours offers boating expeditions, kayak adventures, sailing excursions, and private tours focused on environmental education, conservation, and wildlife and habitat protection. With waters brimming with dolphins, manatees, sea turtles, and various water birds, chances are good you’ll be able to spot one, two, or a few dozen. Next, head on over to Ponce de Leon’s Fountain of Youth Archaeological Park just north of downtown on Magnolia Avenue. The
grounds claim fame as the area first explored by Juan Ponce de Leon in 1513, and settled by Pedro Menendez de Aviles in 1565. Tucked in the shade of majestic oak trees, the café offers up locally sourced salads, sandwiches, burgers, and other tasty treats. Next, check into the park and toast from the Fountain of Youth, said to restore youth to those who drink from it. Make sure to visit with the park’s muster
of nearly 30 Indian peafowl (commonly called peacocks) and visit with other wildlife on more than 15 acres of waterfront landscape.
DAY 6 – ARTS & CULTURE
A premier arts and culture destination,
St. Augustine is home to dozens of art galleries, museums, and music venues. The St. Augustine Art Association on Marine Street has been promoting and supporting local artists since 1924. Stop in to peruse monthly, juried exhibits of works by emerging and professional artists.
Admission is free and the Association is open Tuesday through Sunday.

Bistro at Culinary Outfitters on Old Dixie Highway is one of the most popular local lunch spots in the Old City. Start off with their famous Crab Bisque and follow it up with Tomato Basil Pie or a Dixie Chicken sandwich. Wednesday is Smoked Rib Day. And don’t forget dessert! We highly recommend Mary’s Buttermilk Pie, and you cant go
wrong with her Chocolate Chunk Brownies either!
