Guest Advantage was started in St. Augustine in 1994 only 20 years ago, at 147 San Marco Avenue, and has become the foremost premier in-room hotel concierge book on our First Coast, serving more hotels and hotel rooms than any other visitor/tourist publication. From a modest beginning of 13 hotels, we’re now approaching 100 First Coast hotels (adding 20 more in 2015), plus the Naval establishments at NAS & Mayport, and 40+ B&Bs.
