The Kenwood Inn Bed and Breakfast

This family-friendly historic inn is located on the corner of Bridge and Marine Street in Downtown St Augustine. The Kenwood Inn Bed and Breakfast was built in 1865 and has been welcoming guests since 1886. It is a wonderful example of Queen Anne Victorian architecture and St. Augustine’s grandeur. The Kenwood Inn is both massive and cozy, welcoming you into each room with elegant, antique, and reproduction furnishings and classic decor. The gorgeous high-ceiling parlor, living room, and dining areas are as comfortable as they are gracious. The fireplaces and sweeping bay windows make the space warm and inviting, while the baby grand piano beckons guests to play a tune or two.

This lovely three-story St Augustine bed and breakfast inn features 13 unique and comfortable rooms and suites with a variety of stunning views—Matanzas Bay, the Inn’s swimming pool, the courtyard, the charming historic streets that surround this historic building. Some guestrooms display antique, traditional, or contemporary furnishings; plush carpet; and fireplaces. Some present with hardwood floors; Jacuzzis; showers with body massaging heads; and hammocks on balconies. One suite encompasses the entire third floor and features a spacious living room and balcony with views of the bay.

Homemade gourmet breakfast is served each day including selection of juices, fruit, parfait, cereals, granola, yogurt, and freshly baked pastries. Also featured are hot entrees such as quiche, Eggs Benedict, omelets, and more. On weekends, sip on Bloody Marys and Mimosas. Guests enjoy breakfast in the dining rooms; the lush, tropical private courtyard featuring a lovely Koi pond; and even in the comfort of their rooms.
